At Allure Essence, each candle is handmade with care and quality. We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that things don’t always go as planned.

❌ All Sales Are Final

Due to the handcrafted and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Scent preference

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Used or opened items

 

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, we’re here to make it right.

Please email us at [your email address] within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

If eligible, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit.

 

🚫 Missing or Lost Packages

Once an order leaves our studio, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please file a claim directly with the carrier (e.g., USPS or UPS). If you need help locating a package, contact us—we’ll do our best to assist.
