📍 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-demand seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.
🌎 International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping, but we hope to expand soon!
🕯️ Warm Weather Shipping (Summer Months)
Candles are heat-sensitive. During warmer months, we:
Ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend transit delays.
May include protective packaging (e.g., cold packs) to prevent melting.
We recommend tracking your package closely and retrieving it from the mailbox or porch as soon as it arrives.

Once your order leaves our studio, shipping is handled by the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS). If your package is delayed, marked as delivered but missing, or arrives damaged:
